CANCELLATION POLICY
At That Inked Stylist LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced: • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked, charged to the card on file. • No-shows (failure to arrive or communicate on the day of the appointment) will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked, charged to the card on file. • A valid card on file is required to book and maintain all appointments. Charges will be processed automatically when applicable. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments. • Appointments booked for 3+ hours, corrective color, or specialty services are subject to the same policy and may require a non-refundable deposit. • Fees may be waived at the sole discretion of That Inked Stylist LLC in cases of true emergency.
