CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, a 48-hour notice is required for cancellation. If cancellation/reschedule is done within the 48-hour window, then the client will be charged a fee of 50% of the service booked, with the card on file. If a no show occurs during the scheduled apt, then the client will be charged a fee of 100% of the service booked, with the card on file.
